Erica B.

Hello! Based out of Austin, TX (USA), I specialize in helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses online. I am open to working on a project basis and long-term clients. In the nearly twenty years I've been working closely with entrepreneurs, I've come to realize that: 1. Creative minds frequently struggle with the business end of things 2. You can't grow your business if you are handling every single task yourself. I have been successfully working with entrepreneurs and business owners since 2007. I have also been on Upwork since 2007. I encourage you to check out my rating and job history here on Upwork as well as my credentials and reviews. I specialize in business development, sales and marketing, and project management. I also consider myself a technical virtual assistant as I have extensive knowledge and experience in funnels, automations & marketing systems. I enjoy solving problems and building out your system so that automation can take over and your business can operate on its own. I’ve worked extensively with tools like Keap (Infusionsoft), Convert Kit, Mailchimp, Pipedrive, Leadpages, LearnDash, Membership Works, Memberium, Lightspeed VT, and more — so I can jump in quickly and get things moving. I specialize in working with Wordpress websites. I am very adept at working with video for sales and marketing purposes as well as with YouTube and Vimeo. Please contact me today so that I can help you with your next project!
