The assignment involved examining existing service processes, redesigning how work should flow, and translating the improved processes into documented procedures, SOPs, and operating standards. Additional Consulting Experience & Capabilities Supply Chain Transformation — Automotive Parts, UAE Led supply-chain improvement work for a multi-company automotive parts business operating across seven entities, 10,000+ SKUs, and 70+ vendors. The engagement covered procurement, inventory, warehousing, master data, reporting, and operating gaps, including development of management reports, scorecards, review governance, and a three-year supply-chain improvement roadmap. The work contributed to reducing average inventory from approximately AED 6 million to AED 4 million and shortening the monthly reporting cycle from around four weeks to approximately 2.5 weeks.
