As the founder of Virtual Momentum, I serve as the primary point of contact and account lead for each engagement, helping clients identify the support they need and aligning the right team member or combination of support to deliver it. This gives clients a more flexible and scalable solution than hiring one overloaded assistant. Our work commonly includes executive assistance, inbox and calendar management, client communication, project coordination, CRM updates, SOP documentation, scheduling, research, reporting, and operational follow-through. Clients come to me when they need dependable support, clear communication, and a structure that can grow with the business. I stay closely involved in oversight, continuity, and quality, while making sure the right support is in place behind the scenes.
