Keith has over 30 years extensive creative & non-fiction writing experience in a broad cross spectrum of genre & media. He has written dozens of articles, blogs and reports, mainly on real estate matters, including about commercial property bonds, buy-to-let properties and other real estate investments for UK/US/Canadian, Asian, Australian and Middle East clients. Most recently he has been retained by a Canadian private equity real estate investor to creat articles and newsletters for multi-family and build-to-rent investment syndications in the US and Canada. In addition, he has written various articles/features and feasibility studies on all types and all aspects of real estate, hotels and resort matters in various markets. He has also written for a monthly property magazine (circulation 25,000+). At other times, Keith works as an editor for Mind Your Language and Trans Nova, as well as CLP, writing/editing for a number of financial clients including major banks and investment funds. He has also been an associate editor with a popular e-zine. Keith has had 12 children's stories published by Longman Pearson, 10 by A Book 2 Read & 13 by Solstice Publishing. He has also written 10 adult books for Club Lighthouse Publishing (CLP), & well over 600 other blogs, stories & articles for 3 popular magazines/e-zines (circulation 10,000+) and websites in a variety of genre.
