Earnest Jacob S.

I’m Earnest Jacob Salcedo; I’ve spent a decade in the BPO sector and have been freelancing on Upwork for nearly 8 years for various clients. I have managed multiple campaigns/accounts, including telecommunications (Sprint and Vonage), gaming (Microsoft Xbox), healthcare, law firms, mortgages, insurance, online education, real estate, and home improvement programs (Home Depot). I have expertise in sales, customer service, technical support, administrative tasks, and scheduling appointments. In addition to that, I have background knowledge in data mining, data entry, web research, order fulfillment, email marketing, lead generation and verification and I also handled different applications and software's such as Salesforce, CRM, Shopify, MS office, Google docs and softphones. I work efficiently and always on time on my tasks. I have received a lot of recognition and awards from my previous companies, and these helped me a lot to become a very effective employee and an outstanding agent. Moreover, I received positive feedback and reviews here in Upwork from my previous clients after the completion of their respective projects. I'm looking forward to working with you here in Upwork. Thanks.
