I have been a Virtual Assistant since July 2015 and I am loving it. Apart from being a Virtual Assistant, I also have been working in the BPO industry since September of 2009. In the said span of time, I have handled a lot of Accounts/Campaigns for Customer Service, Technical Support, Back Office and Virtual Assistant. Because of hard-work and diligence, I was promoted as a Senior Consultant in one of the companies I have worked with in just two months after being hired. After that, I was Team Leader for a small outsourced sales contact center where I spent 2 years of my professional career. I also have become a Team Manager in an uprising company here in our country which supports clients in the US. The agents in my team handled different campaigns such as: Back Office Clerk, Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation, Customer Service for a Health Care company and Receptionist. As of the moment, I am working in a US based recruitment agency as a Senior Recruiter for more than a year now. As a Senior Recruiter, I source candidate from different platfroms, screening them by reviewing their profiles and performing phone screenings, conduct internal assessments - pre-screening, grammar assessment, initial, and second interviews. I also define job description and document specifications, present shorlisted candidates to the client and coordinate with the Operations Manager to provide updates and reports.
