WHAT I DO FOR YOU: - Plan production: complete civil plan sets from your redlines, including site, grading, roadway, utility, drainage, erosion control, and demolition plans - Civil 3D modeling: surfaces, grading, corridors, alignments, pipe networks - Specialized services: vehicle turning analysis (AutoTURN), quantity takeoffs, and 3D site renderings, and cut/fill analysis HOW I WORK: I start by learning how your team works, communicates, and manages projects so I can fit into your existing workflow. I review your CAD standards, templates, and sample projects to understand your requirements and expectations. Once I receive a project, I review the available files and scope, identify any missing information, and clarify questions before starting production. I then work through the agreed milestones, keeping your team involved whenever input or engineering decisions are needed. Before submitting each milestone, I perform an internal QA/QC review to ensure the work meets your standards. I address your comments, make the necessary revisions, and continue until the agreed deliverables are complete. Finally, I gather your feedback and use it to improve our collaboration on future projects.
