Education: BA in Psychology, University of the Philippines-Diliman, the top State University in the Philippines Skills: - Customer Service - Quality Assurance and Management - Asana - Thinkific - Google Docs - Notion - Slack - Airtable I... ... am very trustworthy ... can work with minimal supervision ... work on projects conscientiously, plus I am very resourceful. ... always finish what I start ... always strive for excellence ... can work under pressure Currently, I am enjoying my freelance work as a User-Generated Content Moderator. I have very good English oral and written communication skills, which helped me land this project, and at the same time, acting as a Point of Communication person, I have developed and further enhanced my management skills. I was also a Workshop/Course Administrator for a Sustainability-focused company that conducts meaningful workshops to guide people into taking action and making an impact on the planet's carbon footprint. This has become an advocacy for me, a way of life, and not just a job. I assisted the Workshop Lecturers to ensure that research is accurate, data and resources are provided to the attendees, and making sure that engagement and responsiveness are maintained.
