Hello, I’m a Technical Product Manager with 8+ years of experience helping startups and companies build, launch, and scale SaaS, AI, and digital products. I specialize in taking products from idea → MVP → scalable production, working closely with founders, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure fast execution and business alignment. I started my career as a front-end engineer and transitioned into product management, which allows me to bridge the gap between business and engineering teams effectively. I have successfully worked with startups, enterprises, and government organizations across AI, fintech, healthtech, eCommerce, and SaaS platforms. I can help you with: Product Strategy & Execution • MVP planning and launch strategy • Product roadmap creation and execution • Product-market fit validation • Startup product strategy Technical Product Management • AI and Machine Learning product management • SaaS product lifecycle management • Requirement gathering, PRD, SRS, user stories • Working directly with engineering teams Agile Project & Program Management • Sprint planning and execution • Agile and Scrum implementation • Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Linear, Notion setup • Cross-functional team coordination Startup and Scaling Expertise • 0→1 product development • Early-stage startup execution • Process design and automation • Remote team management I have also co-founded and managed startups in AI and management systems, giving me firsthand experience in building real products, not just managing them. If you need someone who understands both technology and business, and can drive your product from idea to launch, I’d be happy to help. Let’s discuss your project.
