I help bloggers, content teams, and busy business owners get things done: publishing content, designing graphics, and handling the day-to-day tasks that pile up, so your work keeps moving without you managing every step. Here’s what I handle end-to-end: Blog Publishing & SEO ⚡ WordPress publishing: Gutenberg and Classic Editor, formatting, categories, tags, featured images, and scheduling ⚡ On-page SEO: headings, meta titles and descriptions, image alt text, and Yoast/Rank Math optimization ⚡ Internal linking: connecting new posts to your existing content to strengthen site structure ⚡ AI-assisted writing support that ranks: writing, editing, expanding, or refreshing drafts when needed Graphic Design ⚡ Social media graphics, blog graphics, and Pinterest pins designed in Canva, sized and ready to post ⚡ AI-generated images created with ChatGPT, Magnific, and Canva to match your brand ⚡ Consistent, on-brand visuals using your colors, fonts, and style I've spent 5+ years running full content operations for clients - not just executing single tasks, but owning the whole publishing workflow so you don't have to manage it. That includes a 2-year retainer as a virtual assistant (1,972 hours) and a 2-year contract doing WordPress/data entry work (3,116 hours) - both long-term relationships built on consistent, low-maintenance execution. Give me a process and I'll follow it precisely, then improve it where I can. No hand-holding, no chasing me for updates - I report before you have to ask. On top of all this, I pick up new tools and tasks quickly. Give me clear instructions and I can manage whatever you need, even if it's not listed here. ⚡100% Job Success Score | Top Rated Plus | 5+ years on Upwork ⚡ Send me a message about your content backlog, and let's get those drafts live.
