I create or rebuild Word documents, and PowerPoint presentations when needed, so they are clean, stable, and easy to update. Typical examples are reports, proposals, manuals and internal documentation that need to hold up under real use. This includes: • Gutting and cleaning up manual formatting • Setting up or repairing stylesheets • Fixing numbering and headings hierarchy • Rebuilding layouts with the correct structure • Making document formatting consistent across the entire file • Converting AI-generated, PDF, Canva or InDesign templates into fully usable files • Setting up or fixing the other usual offenders: automatic table of contents, headers, footers, page numbers, etc. The result is a document that looks good AND actually works the way it should.
