Stas B.

I help founders turn concepts into funded, scalable products. Most recently, I architected and built a B2B startup from scratch and scaled to 300+ restaurant locations (30k+ users). How I work: I am a technical partner, not just a freelancer. On that B2B project, I personally wrote over 50% of the functionality while simultaneously managing a remote team of up to 7 developers. I know how to balance writing clean, scalable code with the leadership needed to move a project forward. Why MVP-stage founders hire me: Zero-to-One Specialist: I have successfully built 3 MVPs from the ground up. Firebase Architecture: With 40+ Firebase projects delivered, I specialize in serverless backends. I am an expert in complex Cloud Functions, Realtime Database, and securing your app with robust Auth & Rules. Product Mindset: I don't just execute tickets; I look for potential issues in your user flow and architecture before they become expensive problems. My Tech Stack: Frontend: React.js, React Native (iOS/Android), Modern State Management (Context/Hooks). Backend: Node.js, Firebase (Realtime DB, Cloud Functions, Hosting). Strategy: System Architecture, MVP Roadmap, Agile Leadership. Availability: I am currently open to new opportunities. Whether you need a Lead Developer to build your MVP from scratch or an Architect to scale your existing product, I am ready to jump in.
