I have worked with the BPO company for almost ten years, six of which were just recently where I worked as Workforce Analyst. This background allowed me to work with real time management of schedules as well as forecasting and analyzation of trends for future schedules. This also allowed me to work on multiple kind of reports, whether through Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and was also able to create multiple presentations to be presented to stakeholders and the clients for meetings and business reviews. The other four years in the BPO I worked with the Operations, three years of which was Customer Service Representative and the rest as Operations Supervisor. I also have background with digital marketing, data entry and encoding, video uploading and optimization, social media management and optimization since I was able to work with an SEO company for five years.
