For a European luxury fashion retailer, I developed systems supporting €50M+ in revenue and managing 55,000+ unique inventory items to date, including supplier automation, forecasting, marketplace workflows, and an AI Catalog Data Enrichment layer that turns product images and incomplete supplier data into structured catalog information. HEALTHCARE PORTALS AND PWAS Patient-facing systems fail differently. In a patient portal, a bug can mean exposed data. I am currently building a PWA patient portal with a full administrative backend, where permissions and access control get designed before features. LARAVEL PLATFORMS, CMS AND RESCUE WORK I take Laravel builds over mid-flight, finish them, and leave them maintainable. Two are in progress now, including a custom CMS, and I was lead engineer on a US real estate resale platform for Disney Vacation Club memberships. Much of my work starts as someone else's unfinished project: middleware locking out logged-in users, broken Vue components, Laravel sites dead after a package upgrade.
