Brief background of my experiences, I’ve been in the BPO industry for roughly 10 years - from customer service, Service to sales, technical support for consumers and DTV technicians, publishing consultant to booking flights for corporate accounts using GDS saber. Also, I’ve had accounts that handles Airbnb and E-commerce account. Additionally, a non BPO work is a hospital care experience as a nursing auxiliary/attendant. Given these experiences, I have learned to be humble and patient in dealing with customers while making sure I give only the best service one deserves. I have developed skills on how to be able to address their concern and mostly in time where they feel frustrated or down about a circumstance. It’s never easy to deal with these stressors but mostly customers want to feel heard and understood so they will give you time and chance to show them that you know what you are doing. With these being said, I believe you should hire me as I have experiences that mold me to learn how to listen, understand, enhance on being better and deliver what is only the best, excel. And I believe that is one of the best characteristics a person should have aside from his/her experiences.
