I am a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Major in Research and Measurements. I finished my Guidance and Counseling internship in a well-known secondary school. In this setting, I was able to relate with the students having difficulty attending classes and understand their reasons behind this. I also completed my Industrial setting internship in a maritime services company where I was promoted from being an intern to a Recruitment Coordinator. Here, I experienced collating the pre-employment requirements of mariners and checking their profile. I have also worked in a BPO company as a Customer Service Representative who handles incoming calls about the mortgage account. I was responsible for making and scheduling the clients' mortgage payments, checking their account balance, providing assistance on how they can catch up on their unpaid and delayed payments, and securing that customer's mortgage information is confidential. I don't have any other active contracts in Upwork, but I am currently working in a call center outsourcing as a Customer Service Representative. Unlike my previous work, I am now assisting U.S. and Canada based customers through email and outbound calls.
