My business-related documents include service agreements; partnership agreements; independent contractor agreements; LLC operating agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and employment agreements with specific emphasis on restrictive covenants (non-compete, non-solicitation, non-inducement). On average projects that include these types of agreements take 2 hours to complete.
