I have bootstrapped several companies, sold a franchise and worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs and start-ups on leading with love, engagement, culture & flow. I have a special place in my heart for social enterprises, purpose-driven businesses and changemakers, so that’s where most of my energy is invested. With a couple of decades of experience across various countries and cultures, I have learned a lot – and I’m not done yet. Still learning, still growing. I would be honored to accompany you on your entrepreneurial journey. “For the last year I’ve worked with Carolin on a number of levels, and am very happy to recommend her. She initially developed a bespoke leadership and cultural awareness training for me, building on her previous experience in our wider sector. I was impressed how she adjusted to my particular situation and responded effectively to short-term requests. Based on my experience we invited her to bid for the organization of an all-staff away-day with team building exercises. Her offer was far superior to that of her competitors. During the day she managed to instill a sense of ownership among our staff, and a number of work groups have since begun to address specific areas of our activities. I very highly recommend her, and would always be happy to go back to her for further work if needed.” Professor Thilo Rehren FSA, Director, UCL Qatar “Carolin is a highly effective leadership coach. With her help I have been able to leverage my strengths to make continuous improvement and thereby take my performance to the next level. I enjoy being coached by Carolin because she combines first-hand entrepreneurial experience with a good gut feeling for the right question to ask and the ability to lead our processes to rational conclusions. Her interdisciplinary background experience and expertise are invaluable, especially when coaching entrepreneurs.” James Lu Morrissey, Co-founder & President at Mentor Collective | Forbes 30 under 30 | Startup advisor/investor Are you ready to elevate your leadership to the next level?
