Since 2010, I have worked as a structural packaging engineer, specializing in the design, development, and prototyping of packaging solutions using primarily corrugated cardboard and paper. My areas of expertise include luxury, transport, and retail display packaging, alongside comprehensive skills in production documentation, testing, and preparation for printing. Holding a PhD in sustainable packaging from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, my focus on cardboard-based solutions demonstrates my commitment to environmentally friendly practices. I emphasize the use of recyclable materials, optimize packaging to reduce volume and printing, and minimize glue usage, thereby reducing environmental impact and production costs.
