AI Workflow Automation | Lovable, Supabase, n8n | I Secure AI Apps
I build automations that take repetitive work off a small team: AI that reads documents and prices jobs, agents that answer customers and book work into your CRM, and the workflows that connect the tools you already pay for. I also review and secure apps built with Lovable, Bolt, Cursor and Claude Code. Most of my clients start with a fixed-price review, and the automation work comes after, once we know what's worth building. Recent work: • An estimating assistant for a restoration company. It reads the inventory report from a job, prices each line against the company's price sheet, and checks the result against what their estimator billed. Tested on four of their own claims, 350 lines in all, 83% of the lines on their price sheet matched the estimator, and every claim total matched to the penny. They funded the next build, a portal for tracking jobs with their contractors, 15 days later. • An AI phone receptionist for a small irrigation company. It answers when the team is out on a job and books the work straight into their Jobber CRM, with the client, job and visit created together and nothing re-keyed. In its first 113 days it took 395 customer calls and booked 134 jobs, with a fifth of the calls outside weekday hours. I also got its texting through carrier registration (A2P 10DLC), the outside review that stops most builds. From the owner's review: "He helped create what feels like a complete AI-powered operations manager for my company." • A pre-launch security review of an AI-built multi-tenant research platform, read-only, fixed price. It found the server was already compromised; an outside party had root access for about a month. Client: "Your $375 paid for itself several times over." I then rebuilt the isolation between their clients' data, every table on forced row-level security. • An insurance scope analyzer for contractors. It takes a carrier's estimate PDF, pulls every line item, sorts them by trade and breaks down the payout. It matched six of the client's claims to the line, caught a typo in his own reference document, and cut each scope from about 90 seconds to about 30. He edits the list of 344 line items himself. • For an entertainment venue: a ticketing platform for its tailgate events, live and selling ten days before the season opener, with Stripe checkout and QR scanning at the gate. The phone agent I run for them has taken 993 calls since late June and handled about half of them start to finish without staff. • Took an MVP built in Lovable to production: a creator marketplace that generated 150M TikTok views and paid out $15,000 to 200+ creators, with Stripe Connect, PayPal payouts and row-level security. Client: "Andrew got my MVP over the line and helped bring my vision to life." How I work: • Fixed price per milestone. You know the cost up front, and we only move to the next piece once the current one works. • We split the work. You keep your accounts and logins, your team can keep building with its own AI tools, and I review what ships. One venue's team builds with Claude and keeps me on monthly to review their changes and be on call; another client keeps adding features to his booking system with Claude Code after the handoff. • Most engagements start with a fixed-price review, so you're not paying for a plan before I've read the code or watched the workflow. • I use Claude Code and Cursor to ship faster, and I check everything the AI touches. • I explain decisions in plain English. Most of my clients aren't developers. Stack: n8n, Supabase (Postgres, RLS, Auth, Edge Functions), Stripe (Connect, Subscriptions, webhooks), OpenAI and Claude APIs, Twilio, ElevenLabs and Retell, Jobber and other CRM APIs, React, Next.js, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, Vercel, Railway. Background: 10 years full-stack across health tech, edtech and fintech. Taught two web development bootcamps. Top Rated, 100% Job Success, $90K+ earned. If your team does the same task by hand every day, or you have an AI-built app that's almost there, send me a message. I'll tell you straight what's worth automating first.
