I have been in the call center industry for more than 7 years where I got a mix of experience in the field were I got the opportunity to work as a customer service agent, debt collector, some quality assurance. I also got a degree in System Engineering were I got the opportunity to as an IT support agent and networking. I'm available to work full time 30 + hours my schedule is flexible and fully bilingual English-Spanish. I consider myself a good team player, and hard working person ready to take any challenge and ready to start work.
