Just a guy who started, purchased, and sold a few small/lower mid-market private businesses in the past and now I help others avoid the same mistakes I made. 4x founder, started my first business at 15, sold at 21, founded an investment partnership that raised seven figures+ and purchased several businesses in multiple countries. Now, I primarily use my experience and specialized expertise to help others on the buy and sell-side with investment strategy as well as source and originate merger and acquisition deals on an international basis through my private merchant banking practice. Also a published writer, I contributed my very first article to Seeking Alpha in 2010 and since that time I have had my work featured on The Motley Fool, The Street, Invezz, published several papers, including in Institutional Investor's Journal of Investing, and contributed chapters to several published books.
