I'm a bioinformatician and biostatistician, currently doing a PhD in life science research at the University of Pavia, Italy, with an MPhil in Bioinformatics. My PhD work is single-cell transcriptomics: integrating scRNA-seq time courses across batches (Seurat, Harmony), trajectory and pseudotime analysis (Slingshot, tradeSeq), pseudobulk differential expression, and cross-species comparison of extracellular-matrix genes.
