I help teams bring clarity, structure, and momentum to their work, particularly in fast-moving or slightly chaotic environments. Having lived and worked across the U.S., Greece, the U.K., the Netherlands, and Cambodia, I’m comfortable adapting quickly and operating effectively in a wide range of situations. I’ve led both small remote teams and large regional operations, including managing teams of over 200 people. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across operations, project management, training, onboarding, and program coordination in tech, education, e-commerce, and international teams. My roles have ranged from hands-on execution to leading large, distributed groups and launching programs that required both strategic thinking and day-to-day follow-through. A consistent theme in my work is helping people work better together: - clarifying processes that live in people’s heads - streamlining communication - improving onboarding and handovers - reducing friction and repeated effort - supporting managers who are stretched thin I’m comfortable stepping into situations where things move quickly, priorities shift, and structure needs to be established without slowing teams down. What I Bring As a social scientist, I have focused on human relationships and the inner workings of the mind. Over time, I’ve moved from understanding why people behave the way they do to applying that insight in real organizational settings by designing systems that support clearer communication, healthier collaboration, and better decision-making. My work sits at the intersection of human behavior, structure, and technology, translating insights into practical ways teams actually function day-to-day. In recent years, I’ve also worked extensively with AI-assisted tools to support operations at a practical level, helping teams reduce repetitive manual work, surface information more easily, and improve follow-through without disrupting existing ways of working. I approach technology as a support layer for people, focusing on solutions that are usable, adaptable, and aligned with how teams actually operate. How I Work I’m calm under pressure, detail-aware without being rigid, and comfortable working across functions. My approach is usually to: 1. Understand how things actually work today 2.
