Yousfi M.

I'm a Senior Microsoft ERP Developer with 7 years of hands-on experience building solutions in Business Central, D365 F&O, and AX 2012. Currently, I lead development at a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner where I've worked on 30+ projects for major companies across manufacturing, construction, oil & gas, pharmaceutical and services industries. My expertise covers the full spectrum, from customizing standard BC features, to building completely new functionality from scratch. I've developed complex finance reports aligned with local regulations, created custom HR modules with payroll and leave management systems, and built external tools that integrate with ERPs through APIs. Data migrations, Azure DevOps pipelines, reporting - I've done it all. Some projects I'm particularly proud of: a fully tailored HR module for a Japanese Construction company, a specialized payment management system for a pharmaceutical company, and real-time data synchronization tools between external databases and cloud ERPs. I have a Master's in Computer Science and 10 years of overall development experience across different technologies. If you need someone who can understand your business requirements and turn them into working BC solutions without the back-and-forth, let's talk. I'm reliable, communicate clearly, and I deliver quality work on time.
