I have been a Call Center Agent for 10 years now. I started working with CONCENTRIX as a Technical Support Engineer for NETGEAR. I also worked with SUPPORTRIX, a paid support department for Concentrix. We handled paid support for NETGEAR and any 3rd party devices (Computer Repair/Troubleshooting, Hardware/Software Installation and support, Printer Installation and etc. I have excellent oral and written communication skills and I am very good with computers and other consumer electronics. I also worked for TELEPERFORMANCE as a Customer Account Executive. We supported Comcast TV and Internet installation and troubleshooting. I was also promoted as a Customer Survey Analyst. We listen and analyze calls to determine validity and to provide feedback and root cause analysis. We also send reports for our clients. I know MS Office pretty well since we used that as an analyst every singe day. My last job was through Upwork. I worked as Customer Representative for Welcome Pickups. We are assisting customers with taxi and tour bookings using phone(aircall), chat(Zopim, Jivo) and email(Zendesk). I worked 4 years for the company and it just recently ended due to the pandemic. I am very dedicated, keen and I do my job well. I am a fast learner, self directed and very dedicated.
