As a business owner you are looking for solutions, not tech hype. I understand that. And I understand that software is not always the solution to a need. But software is often a part of the solution. My father ran a successful small business, and several of my sons have successful small business. In addition, I've worked with over a 100 business ranging from a few employees to 100's. I believe this has given me the ability to understand the needs of a business better. In the early days most of my customers were local, at lot of them were friends. Now I've worked with clients from London to Australia. But my goal remains the same. I want to help you make your business run smoother, more efficiently, and profitable. Many business databases are slow, broken, or completely disconnected from the rest of the company. I fix that. I build custom, fully integrated desktop and cloud-hybrid systems that eliminate manual data entry, streamline inventory, and fix tracking headaches I have worked extensively with Microsoft Office, including custom code to integrate Access, Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoints (Need your monthly sales presentation automatically updated each month?) Plus, I know when VBA is not a good solution and a different approach is needed. I have extensive experience with SQL Server, C# and C++ development as well. (I do not develop Web front ends, but I have good working relationships with people who do.) For years I have studied, and applied, what makes a good database design, what are best practices, design patterns. I have seen when code reviews help, and when they don't. I can help you develop good, maintainable, robust code that will protect your investment. Whether you need an existing system improved, or a new one built from scratch, I've done it.
