I’ve built end-to-end onboarding programs and curricula, created process guides and instructional materials, coached team members, developed knowledge bases, and helped teams adopt new ways of working. I enjoy taking something complicated and turning it into something another person can understand, learn, and confidently execute. I also use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, information organization, documentation, drafting, analysis, and workflow improvement. My approach isn’t “AI first.” I understand the process first, then look at whether better documentation, training, systems, AI, or a combination of them can solve the problem. Some examples of my professional experience include leading a 63-person operation through 9 supervisors, improving on-time delivery by 80%, contributing to $120K+ in annualized process and technology savings, building operational and training systems from scratch, and managing complex work involving executives, clients, contractors, investors, government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. I’m comfortable with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Airtable, Asana, Monday, Trello, SharePoint, Power Automate, Canva, ChatGPT, Claude AI, and other project and operations tools.
