I am a clinical psychologist (Psy.D.) licensed in Florida. I provide services such as Nexus Letters for Veteran Disability Claims. I also provide book reviews and I answer questions about diagnoses and various other mental health-related topics. FOR NEXUS LETTERS: To deliver the agreed results, you'll receive a unique, protected link for confidential file transfer. No work can be completed without this step. ALL COMMUNICATION & PAYMENTS REMAIN ON UPWORK. THE EXTERNAL LINK IS STRICTLY FOR EXCHANGE OF CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS & IS NECESSARY FOR SERVICE EXECUTION. This service is based solely on records provided; no treatment relationship established & no clinical interview performed. MORE ABOUT NEXUS LETTERS: I'm a licensed psychologist (Psy.D.). I provide psychological nexus reports for veterans. I don't provide nexus opinions linking 2 purely medical/physical conditions when no mental health condition is part of the claim. At least 1 condition in the claim must be mental health, such as PTSD, depression, anxiety, panic, iInsomnia, or another psychological condition. I provide detailed, evidence-based psychological nexus opinions addressing issues such as direct service connection, secondary service connection, aggravation, & rebuttal opinions. Examples of physical/ medical conditions that may be linked to mental health conditions include: sleep apnea, ED, migraines/headaches, pain, Chronic Fatigue, vertigo, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and more.
