Laura A.

I am a copywriter and translator with 10 years of experience working in public relations, both in agency roles and in-house, as an independent consultant on strategic communication. In order to expand my professional experience, broaden my skill set that I can offer to a client, I have worked and gotten to know quite well the marketing and advertising industries and am proud of my extensive experience working in and with the public sector in government relations and policy, as well as my research skills. In my current freelance work as both a communications specialist and a translator I have gained vast experience in a variety of fields and have both communicated and translated a variety of different materials. These include writing about such topics as lending, cryptocurrencies, gambling, the security sector, banking, medicine, etc. As a native Latvian speaker who has spent years studying at university and working in the UK, I am certain of my linguistic proficiency in both languages and thus my ability to translate the material provided at the highest standard of quality. I believe that my vast experience in the field of public relations and copywriting can be an added value to any job you might throw at me. Main skills: - Translation (ENG-LV-ENG) - Copywriting (LV, ENG) - Content creation (LV, ENG) - Public relations, marketing (LV) - Qualitative Research (LV, ENG, RU)
