My work focuses on a range of day-to-day marketing operations, including newsletters, content writing, HubSpot CRM, email marketing, website updates, and lead management. If your business has leads coming in from different places, a CRM that needs cleanup, newsletters that need to go out consistently, website updates that need to be handled, or marketing tasks that need reliable execution, I can help organize and manage the process. My experience: * HubSpot CRM setup, cleanup, pipelines, properties, and lead tracking * Apollo io setup and campaign monitoring * Email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and audience management * Mailchimp setup, campaign execution, and template updates * Website updates in Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, and other platforms * Lead intake forms, follow-up systems, and CRM organization * Zapier automations, Calendly workflows, and tool integrations * Marketing operations support for founders, agencies, and remote teams * Bilingual English / Spanish My background combines marketing operations, IT support, CRM systems, project coordination, and hands-on execution. That means I can understand the business goal, organize the workflow, and actually get the work done without needing constant supervision. Clients usually hire me when they need someone reliable who can own the details, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving.
