Janelle R.

Within my professional life, I was able to gain some key competencies which will fast track my career in freelancing. I have learned that to be successful, most companies prefer people who meet the following criteria: -Flexibility to adapt to new roles and mitigating learning curves with regards to new company policies and services. -Great attention to detail and keen observation to operations and company workflows. -Provides value for work with minimal to no down times. -Professional working ethics guided by principles of responsibility and accountability. -The ability to communicate with people from various classes and professions. With awareness of these criteria, I would be applying all these as principles to keep and increase my value to the company I'll be working with. So if you need someone with the same dedication as yours, to share your vision like you do, I invite you to hire me. Some of the skills I currently offer are: -Customer support through chat, phone and email -Intermediate data entry skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Google Apps, and various CRM software -Virtual assistance and appointment setting
