✨ A student goes quiet. A client is still waiting on an update. A project is stuck because one approval never came through. I notice those things. Then I call, follow up, update the board, and make sure someone owns the next step. No drama. No pretending the deadline is still fine when it is not. My experience spans operations management and client success across online education, design, and 3D visualization. I have supported adult learners from onboarding through completion and managed client projects from requirements and project planning through revisions, quality control, and delivery. The work I know best includes: • Client and student onboarding, engagement, and retention • Project management, scheduling, milestones, and delivery • Team coordination, dependencies, blockers, approvals, and handoffs • Client communication, status reporting, issue resolution, and escalations • ClickUp and CRM systems, SOPs, quality control, and process improvement My Lean Six Sigma brain does not accept “it keeps happening” as an answer. I resolve the immediate issue, find the process gap, and add a control so it is less likely to happen again. I am warm with people, clear about expectations, and serious about follow-through.
