Most of my Zoho work starts the same way: a company has already paid one firm, sometimes two, and the CRM still doesn't match how the business sells. On one engagement Zoho itself brought me in after both the original implementation firm and Zoho's own team couldn't get it right. I rebuilt the data model around how deals actually worked, automated the full process with Blueprints, Deluge and Zoho Creator, and cleaned up years of bad data.
