I've been at this for over a decade. Started with WordPress, spent years making sites fast and secure on a platform that honestly wasn't designed for either. Got perfect GTmetrix scores, hardened security, built custom solutions — the whole grind. It taught me a lot. But at some point, I hit the ceiling. WordPress is fine for what it is, but I wanted to build things differently. So I made the jump to serverless architecture on Cloudflare — and haven't looked back. These days I work with Astro, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. Everything runs on Cloudflare's edge network — Pages for hosting, Workers for backend logic. No shared hosting. No PHP. No plugin roulette. What I focus on: Speed — I've been chasing perfect PageSpeed and Lighthouse scores for over 10 years. At this point it's just how I build. Every project starts with performance in mind, not as a fix-it-later thing. Security — And I don't mean "installed Wordfence and called it a day." I write code with security baked in — content security policies, XSS prevention, strict input handling, parameterized database queries. It's not a feature, it's a habit. Technical SEO — Structured data, schema markup, canonical URLs, Open Graph tags, proper heading structure. The behind-the-scenes work that gives content a real shot at ranking. Web to Mobile — I build Progressive Web Apps that work offline and can be packaged as native Android apps for the Play Store. One codebase, runs everywhere. I build from scratch. No page builders, no themes, no shortcuts. If something's in the code, it's there because it needs to be.
