Jerome H.

19 years of experience working at every level in the management, development and implementation of technology systems for small businesses. I have experience directly managing all aspects of the Microsoft server stack. I have complete knowledge of the entire Agile development lifecycle. I’ve been the sole developer and managed other developers on projects that touch every aspect of a business. Workflow automation. Process design. Web development. Desktop application development. Database administration. Currently fascinated with micro services architectures and other distributed computing systems. I maintain and contribute to several open source C# projects in my spare time. Extensive experience in Azure. Building large cloud-apps from the ground up and migrating existing businesses to the cloud. Extensive experience in Linux. Former Ubuntu and Debian developer/maintainer. I work best on small self-driven teams. I tend to be the person with the vision. The one who stays late at night or works from home because the problem is important or interesting.
