Ronwin B.

I help businesses replace messy spreadsheets and manual processes with clean, automated systems using Airtable, SQL, and no-code tools. With 30+ years in IT, I don’t just build systems, I fix the underlying process so everything works properly. Over the years, I’ve worked across business analysis, development, and application support—giving me a unique ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. 🤝 What I can help you with: ✅Airtable setup (from scratch or fixing existing bases) ✅Workflow automation (Zapier, Make, integrations) ✅Replacing Excel with structured, scalable systems ✅SQL reporting and dashboards ✅CRM or operational system simplification ✅Process mapping and system design ✅Troubleshooting broken or inefficient workflows 💡 Real results: ✅Reduced admin time by 50–70% by replacing Excel with Airtable ✅Simplified complex CRM systems for non-technical users ✅Built automated workflows connecting multiple tools ✅Designed systems used for ongoing business operations and reporting 📌 How I work: Clients value that I: ✅Ask the right questions before building anything ✅Keep solutions simple and practical ✅Communicate clearly (no jargon) ✅Focus on long-term usability, not quick fixes If you need someone who understands both the technical side AND the business reality, I can help you get this right the first time.
