I spent 26 years as a Registered Pharmacy Technician, explaining insulin pens, blood glucose meters, and "why do I take this one with food?" to real patients every single day. Now I bring that same gift for making health information clear, human, and trustworthy to my writing. Over the past 15 years, I've created content for pharmaceutical companies like AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Lundbeck, and CSL Behring, plus physician practices, wellness clinics, and health brands. I've also written front-page editorials for two Canadian health and fitness magazines, and yes, I've even competed in two regional bodybuilding competitions, so I know the fitness world from the inside too.
