Before joining Upwork, i was contracted by the owner of a Leading Dental Clinic in Ghana who wanted a software that will help them expand their business from ONE(1) branch seamlessly and monitor activities happening in each branch as they grow. I visited the clinic and studied their processes from when a client visited till they left. With the requirements gathered i converted the manual processes, coding day and night into a dental clinic management software that continue to work for them since 2018 and i offer maintenance service when needed. This was the birth of my software DentalKing management software. Key features include: * Patient Module * Examination Module with Dental Charting and Treatment Plan * Marketing Insights module so you understand which channel your customers are coming from * System logging of activities on system for later review. Its like a CCTV camera for the software * Financial module for handling clients payments * Locum module * Roles and Permissions module for limiting what others have access * Detail Reporting module * Referral module so doctors can earn commission for referrals * SMS integration for welcoming customers, sending them transaction details for payments made, alerting business owner of expenses, appointments and review alerts They have expanded to SIX(6) branches as at April,2023 and serving 25,000+ patients as a result of the software without fear that an employee is being dishonest as every key operation in software comes with an SMS ALERT TO OWNER. I implemented checks in software to ensure transparency and accountability. Getting the right developer to work with is difficult and can be expensive so let us talk and see if we will be great fit.
