Good day, my name is Catherine, I'm one of the Business Managers of Virtus BPO. Handles client acquisition and maintain working relationship with our clients. Making sure that goals are reached. My passion is to talk to different nationalities over the phone, because not only do I learn from them, it makes me happy to assist them and help them with their business in whatever ways I can do, such as providing them good and quality customer service I'm also working as an Appointment setter, Telemarketer, Data entry specialist, and Virtual assistant. As for my experiences I handled different accounts such as Covenant Realty solutions and RP holdings working as a virtual assistant, making calls and set appointments for home owners and care home facility owners who are interested in selling their properties. Also, posting properties for sale on MLS, Craigslist and Zillow. With Xtraviral I called business owners for and upgrade to their company website. Also handled life insurance, final expense campaign for symmetry financial where I present quotes and set appointments for clients, and handled an account for credit repairs, transferring calls to credit specialist. I also worked with an anesthesia management company, doing data mining and gathering doctor's information. For senior nannies, where I call caregivers to set them up for an interview. Currently, I'm working for Orbit calling customers to verify information and help them with their mobility needs. These vast experiences, I'm able to gain wider knowledge and be equipped to perform all duties and responsibilities in the most efficient way.
