Shanker P.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II with 12,000 hours and 68 completed contracts on Upwork. I build Data Cloud (Data 360) and Agentforce implementations, plus the Apex, LWC and integration work that keeps them running once they're live. Most of what I'm hired for falls into three shapes: **Rescue** — a Salesforce org that's grown unmaintainable. Triggers fighting each other, flows nobody documented, governor limits hit daily. I audit what's there, stabilise it, and hand back something your in-house team can work from. **Build** — custom applications, managed packages, and integrations to external systems over REST and SOAP. Data models designed to still be extensible in three years, not just to pass UAT. **Data Cloud & Agentforce** — data unification, identity resolution, and agent implementations. The newest part of the platform, and the part most teams are still finding their footing on. What you get working with me: code that ships with tests, a handover document rather than a black box, and a straight answer when the thing you've asked for isn't the thing you need. **Stack** Apex · Lightning Web Components · Visualforce · Flow · Data Cloud (Data 360) · Agentforce · Sales Cloud · Service Cloud · REST and SOAP integrations · managed packages · data modelling and sharing architecture · performance tuning · code review Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Platform Developer I, and Administrator. If you're mid-project and something isn't working, send me the details. I'll tell you whether it's a fix or a rebuild before you spend anything.
