Supporting people by focusing on the right things is what I am good at and can do best. With my years of experience in different types of projects as an employee, freelancer, and self-employed worker, I have learned that mostly an objective look from a distance helps identify the origin of the problems. This often saves lots of money and leads to success in striving for the right goals and learning to prioritize. German critical thinking, Asian empathy, and the US American belief in reaching for the stars have helped me be the person with integrity I am as a consultant, and in getting things done.
