My greatest strength is my excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with clients. I have the ability to resolve what could be difficult situations. With six years of experience as a customer service representative, I have learned to effectively understand and resolve customer issues. On a related note, I also have strong communication skills, which help me work well with customers. I have a very strong work ethic. I am always committed to doing whatever it takes to meet deadline. I can also work with less supervision. I am highly adaptable to change. I am confident in my ability to adjust my actions of behavious as needed, and consident myself adaptable to all situations, not just change. I have to ability to work under pressure. I react to situations, rather than to stress. I work better under pressure and I enjoy working in a challenging environment.
