Hi, I’m Pavlos, 41,based in Athens, Greece. I was born in Germany.I have worked in customer support since 2013. From 2013 to 2018 I was a Customer Support Agent at Microsoft. From 2018 to 2020 I handled customer contacts for Amazon.de, including orders, payments, delivery, and returns. Since 2020 I have worked as a Billing Specialist at 24/7. I am patient, friendly, and used to solving customer issues under pressure. I can manage several tasks in a day, keep a calm tone, and learn a new tool quickly. German and Greek are both native languages for me. My written and spoken English is strong. Outside work I run, swim, and cycle. I have finished two marathons in 4 hours 23 minutes, and two trail marathons.
