Hello , Thanks for checking out my profile I would like to give you an insight about how supply chain is a very important part of the total value chain of a company and how one can Leverage the backbone of your business as a source of competitive advantage We are in a phase with rapidly changing dynamics , COVID 19 for instance has caused large scale disruptions throughout the world , traditional supply chains for now are not in a position to support business needs , we need to focus on making supply chains more agile and immune to shocks . Organisations need to move away from focusing their supply chain efforts on functional excellence to leveraging their supply chain as a strategic capability.
