Elisabeth J.

I help service-based businesses and founder-led agencies streamline operations, reduce delivery delays, and eliminate team overwhelm by building backend systems that actually scale. With 7+ years of experience in operations strategy, project management, and systems implementation, I’ve supported 50+ businesses ranging from lean internal teams and growing agencies to Fortune 100 and 500 companies. I’m often brought in when growth is happening, but delivery still depends too heavily on the founder to set things up, clarify work, or unblock progress. I work as an embedded operations partner, supporting both strategy and implementation. This means translating how the business currently runs into clear policies, repeatable processes, and connected platforms so teams can operate confidently without constant oversight. What I help with: - Auditing tools and workflows to identify delivery bottlenecks and inefficiencies - Leading process improvement across delivery, marketing, and internal operations - Designing scalable systems in Asana, Airtable, ClickUp, and Monday to reduce scope creep and miscommunication - Creating intake, onboarding, and handoff workflows teams can follow without interpretation - Building effort, capacity, and resourcing logic so work is scoped and planned realistically - Implementing workflow automation using Make and Zapier, including task creation, approvals, and reporting - Introducing practical AI workflows using tools like OpenAI and Claude to save time and improve decision-making Tools I work in regularly: Asana, Airtable, ClickUp, Monday, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, ChatGPT Industries I frequently support: Creative and marketing agencies, home services, coaching and education businesses, accounting and financial firms, digital media teams, consulting firms, nonprofits, and corporate teams including Fortune 100 and 500 organizations. Clients work with me because I help them regain time and control without adding complexity. I don’t just hand over recommendations. I build the systems, support adoption, and make sure they work in practice. I typically work on a fixed-rate basis and collaborate with clients across the US, UK, and APAC. I’m currently based in Australia (AEST).
