Documentation can make or break the user experience, let's work together to make yours coherent and usable. Users stick with good products they are comfortable with using, and I create documentation that helps build that level of comfort and understanding. I work on the software team in a technical product owner/SAFe product owner at large enterprise in the power and electrical space. In my spare time, I am a the an IT operations advisor for a non-profit. I am a bit of a jack of all trades when it comes to technology. I can hold my own on topics from cloud computing to cybersecurity to UPS systems to agile project management, and this allows me to look at technical documentation from a variety of perspectives and understand how to best make documentation that resonates with a given user base. A large part of my time is spent using writing content to help users understand software and hardware. I create, proofread, and edit user’s guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and other technical documentation for a wide variety of target audiences, from the home user to seasoned systems administrators and programmers. Academically, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in Economics. I am also CompTIA Network+ and Scrum.org PSPO I (Professional Scrum Product Owner I) certified.
