Calum K.

Most websites look fine and still don't bring the work in. I fix the gap between the two, WordPress sites that load fast, read properly on a phone, and turn visitors into enquiries. I'm Calum, a designer and front-end developer in Edinburgh. I design AND build, so you're not handing a Figma file to a separate developer and hoping it survives the trip. RECENT WORK • Bookster - property management software for holiday rental owners. UX/UI across the product, desktop and mobile. • Mr Apartment Guy - international rental site rebuilt around property search, with mobile load times cut hard. • Exec Communities - members' platform for a senior investment management audience. • MEF - Shopify store for Scotland's largest supplier of mechanical and electrical fixings. Thousands of SKUs, trade-account pricing. • WAGAS Group - venture platform dashboard, marketing site and mobile app. WHAT I DO WordPress and Elementor builds · Custom themes and ACF · UX/UI and design systems in Figma · Shopify and WooCommerce · Page speed and Core Web Vitals · Migrations without losing rankings · Branding and identity HOW I WORK You deal with me directly on every call and every change. Scope agreed in writing before anything starts. Progress shared at each milestone, so nothing lands as a surprise. A walkthrough video and 30 days of support at handover. Got a site that isn't pulling its weight? Send me the link and I'll tell you honestly what I'd change - whether or not we end up working together.
