I have worked over 10 years in the customer service industry from call centers to banking and have had the lovely opportunity to experience many different roles. I have spent majority of my time in the credit union industry! I have been a Member service representative, Financial service representative, Mortgage loan originator and a Virtual teller. I come with a lot of knowledge and expertise when it comes to dealing with customer service. I understand the importance of hearing what a customer or client needs, defining the problem and finding a solution all while being courteous and knowledgeable about the company’s guidelines and services offered. I am also a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer in the state of Florida.
