Joshua E.

Hey, I’m Josh, an email developer. I mostly convert designs into HTML emails so that they display as best they can in as many email clients as possible. If required, I can tailor HTML templates to work with your email platform of choice, such as: - Marketo - Pardot - Campaign Monitor - Hubspot - Mailchimp A few things about my HTML email development experience: • Consistently achieved a 100% feedback score on Upwork since 2016, reflecting exceptional client satisfaction and reliability in HTML email development. • Coded over 1000 custom emails. • Collaborated on high-impact email development projects for prestigious clients like AAA and Astrazeneca, contributing to significant marketing campaigns and client outreach strategies. My jobs typically go as follows: • Make sure designs are suitable for HTML email development. If not, communicate the issues and possible solutions/workarounds to the client. • Build the emails so they render properly across the various email clients. • Test and QA the email. If the email is built for an email service provider, test there as well. • Submit the email for review and make the client aware of any notable email service provider quirks or pertinent usage notes. • Wait for and address client questions, feedback, or edits. Repeat until everyone is happy. I test all emails with Email on Acid, which provides a shareable link to the render tests, and I test on actual devices as well.
